June 2025: Let’s Hydrate!
As the weather is warming up, hydrating is as important as ever! Join our 30-day challenge by drinking at least 64oz of water every day (June 1st - June 30th). Record how many days you drink at least 64oz in your monthly challenge handout (available for pick up at the 2nd floor fitness desk upon registering on Rec Desk). 64oz of water is equivalent to 8 glasses of water a day. If you reach this goal every day for the month, please turn in your completed calendar to enter our monthly wellness raffle! Note:
Unless otherwise noted: Children aged 12 and up are allowed to participate in group fitness classes; children aged 12-15 are required to have a parent or guardian in class with them at all times unless the class is age specific (ie. Kids Fun Club).
NO food or open containers
We recommend bring your own mat however we have mats to borrow.
Wipe down equipment after use
All HAC Fitness area rules apply
All fees are final sale unless class is cancelled due to low enrollment or a patron medical reason that prohibits attending
