This course aims to introduce the beginning fundamentals of swimming and comfort in the water. This class will focus on floats and buoyancy, submerging beneath the surface, breathing techniques and beginner strokes on front and back. This class is intended for adults with little to no experience with being in the water.

No Class on May 26 for Memorial Day Weekend.
